Behind the Grill

What sets us apart from other food trucks is our unique cooking method which allows the customer to see their food as it is roasting on our rotisserie grills.  Our specialized truck is built by hand in Germany by Hertel AG.  They have been manufacturing and operating these trucks for over 46 years.  We have partnered with Hertel in bringing Country Grill to the United States.  

We offer high quality food that is delivered quickly and conveniently - eat with your hands or take it home or back to the office. Our chickens are organic, free range and air chilled. We service farmer's markets and select locations during lunch and dinner hours throughout the Bay Area. Check out our calendar for more details.
